AN ACT to amend " The Scab Act, 1879

(43rd Viet., No. 16).

[Assented to, 6th September, 1880.]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Scab Act, 1879 :"

2 SECTION twenty-five of the said Act is hereby repealed,

And every owner, any of whose sheep so imported shall be so removed without the written permission of the Inspector

incur a penalty not exceeding Five pounds.
