THE PRESIDENT: Having read the material, I’m satisfied that the material demonstrates that the Queensland Road Transport Association, Industrial Organisation of Employers is defunct. It follows that section 640 of the Act applies.

I would make an order deregistering the association on and from the 8th of November 2014.

I would make a further order that any money standing to the credit of the organisation be transferred to the Queensland Trucking Association.

Orders will be made in those terms.
