Satellite Communications Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Satellite Communications Act 1984.

Interpretation

1. Regulation 2 of the Satellite Communications Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (2).

Eligible person for the purposes of section 18 of the Act

2. Regulation 3 of the Satellite Communications Regulations is amended by omitting “The Postmaster-General of New Zealand” and substituting “Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited”.
