2 Sanitary Convenience and Nightsoil Disposal (Amendment) Regulations 1991 Nightsoil Disposal (Amendment) Regulations 1991. Amended regulations 2. The Sanitary Convenience and Nightsoil Disposal Regulations 1976, as subsequently amended, are further amended as set out in these regulations. Amendment of reg. 33 3.
