Sandalwood Act 1929

Sandalwood Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under the Sandalwood
Act 1929 and the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Sandalwood Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            The regulations amended

(a)	by deleting the definition of "Executive Director";
(b)	in the definition of "licence", paragraph (b), by deleting "Executive Director" and inserting instead —
" CEO ".

The amendments in these regulations are to the Sandalwood
Regulations 1993* .

3.             Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended as follows:

4.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(1), (2), (3) and (4) are amended by deleting
"Executive Director" in each place where it occurs and inserting
instead —

" CEO ".

5.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(1) and (2) are amended by deleting "Executive
Director" and inserting instead —

" CEO ".
