AN ACT to amend section five of the Sandalwood Act,

1929.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Sandalwood Act Amend- Short Ut/e.

ment Act, 1930, and shall be read as one with the Sandal- wood Act, 1929, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section five of the principal Act is hereby amended by Amendment of $.5.

the deletion of the figures "1932" and substituting "1934"

in lieu thereof.
