Sanctuary Cove Resort Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Sanctuary Cove Resort Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the SanctuaryCoveResortRegulation 2009. 3 Amendment of schedule (Approved uses for zones) (1) Schedule, entry for the Floating Dwelling House Zone— omit. (2) Schedule— insert— ‘Harbour 1 Residential Zone Note— Under section 116(4) of the Act, a reference in the proposed use plan of the site to the Floating Dwelling House Zone is taken to be a reference to the Harbour 1 Residential Zone. dwelling house harbour facility landscaping utility undertaking vehicular parking area’.
