An Act to repeal section 19 of the Sancta Sophia College Incor­ poration Act, 1929, which relates to the payment of money towards the College’s building fund. [Assented to, 3rd April, 1978.]

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the “Sancta Sophia College Short title.

Incorporation (Amendment) Act, 1978”.

2. The Sancta Sophia College Incorporation Act, 1929, is Amendment

of Act No.
