Same‑Sex Relationships (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws — General Law Reform) Act 2008

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 27 and 29 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Same‑Sex Relationships (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws — General Law Reform) Act 2008, fix 15 March 2009 as the day on which Parts 1 and 4 of Schedule 10 to that Act commence.
