1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Federal Court of Australia (Burley J) which dismissed the applicants' appeal from a decision of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (Judge Dowdy) which, in turn, dismissed the applicants' application for judicial review of a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal which affirmed a decision of a delegate of the first respondent to refuse to grant the applicants temporary graduate visas. The application does not raise a question of general importance and has no prospects of success.
