I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Sales Tax Procedure Act 1934.

Repeal of regulation 35

1. Regulation 35 of the Sales Tax Procedure Regulations is repealed.

Repeal of Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Sales Tax Procedure Regulations is repealed.
