Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications)Act 1935.

Goods for the personal use of members of the United States Forces

1. Regulation 7 of the Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Regulations is amended by omitting “the Second Schedule” and substituting “Schedule 4”.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1983.
