Be it

therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of tlie same as follows :—

2. The word “ purchase” in tins Act shall include every kind of contract conveyance or assignment under or by which any beneficial interest in any kind of property may be acquired and the words “reversionary interest” shall include any estate or interest in remainder or expectancy.
