An Act to authorize the Sale of Railways.

[Assented to, 9th December, 1864.1

REA$ it is expedient to authorize the Governor to sell Preamble.

WHC	the control of any pcrson or Hotlrd on behalf of the Crown-Be it	Railways, the property of the Crown, or vested in or under therefore Enacted by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
and House of Asscrnbly of thc said Province, in this present
Parliament assembled, as follows:

ways, or any other person or Board on behalf of the Crown, by

public auction or private contract, and subject to such terms and

conditions as to him may seem meet, and may do all acts which
