SALE O F M O T O R VEHICLES ( A M E N D M E N T )

O R D I N A N C E 1980

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sale of Motor Vehicles

(Amendment) Ordinance 1980.1

Dealer to repair vehicle in certain circumstances

2. Section 23 of the Sale of Motor Vehicles Ordinance 1977 2 is amended— (a) by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "$1,500" and substituting

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel-also accessible at

"$3,000"; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "less than $1,500 but more than $ 1,000" and substituting "less than $3,000 but more than $ 1,500".
