REGULATIONS
UNDER THE METEOROLOGY ACT 1906.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the Meteorology Act 1906 to
come into operation forthwith.

Regulations relating to the Sale of Meteorological Publications.
1. The following publications,

2. Any of the above publications
may be distributed free or at cost price to Public Institutions, Government
Departments, Corporations, and persons approved by the Minister on the
following conditions:—
(i.)
That they are posted up for the information of the public; or
(ii.)
That they are used for educational purposes; or
(iii)
That they are in return for reciprocal services to the Meteorological Bureau;
or
(iv)
That they are required for advertising the resources of the Commonwealth.
3. Any of the above publications
may also be distributed free to Official Meteorological Institutions and other
kindred institutions in any part of the world.
4. The Provisional Regulations
dated the 16th August, 1910, known as Statutory Rules 1910, No. 79, are hereby
repealed.
