PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE METEOROLOGY ACT 1906.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Meteorology Act 1906 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Regulation No. 1 of the Regulations relating to the sale of Meteorological Publications, made the 31st day of October, 1910, as amended by Statutory Rules 1911, No. 80, is amended by the repeal of the last paragraph and the substitution of the following in lieu thereof:—

“Other similar bulletins and pamphlets issued by the Meteorological Bureau, the price of which is not specifically indicated in the foregoing list, may be sold at the price of Sixpence per copy, and other similar maps at 1s. per copy.”
