An Act to repeal the Sale of Land (Rights and Duties of Parties) Act

1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Sale of Land (Rights and Duties of Parties) Act Repeal Act 2013.

2Commencement

This Act commences on the day fixed by the Administrator by Gazette notice.

3Repeal

The Sale of Land (Rights and Duties of Parties) Act (Act No. 7 of 2010) is repealed.

4Expiry

This Act expires on the day after it commences.
