1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Land (General Law Subdivision) (Revocation) Regulations 1989.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 17 of the Sale of Land Act 1962.

3. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the
Sale of Land (General Law Subdivision)

Regulations 1988.

4. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on the
date of commencement of section 45 of the

Subdivision Act 1988.

5. Revocation

The Sale of Land (General Law Subdivision)

Regulations 19881 are revoked.

NOTES

1.  General Information

S.R. No. 258/1989 were made on 24 October 1989 by the Governor in

The Sale of Land (General Law Subdivision) (Revocation) Regulations 1989, came into operation on 30 October 1989: reg. 4.

The Sale of Land (General Law Subdivision) (Revocation) Regulations 1989 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 24 October 1999 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
