An Act to make certain provisions in relation to George vi.

Sales of Wool; for this purpose to amend the Sale of Goods Act, 1923; and for pur­ poses connected therewith. [Assented to, 15th December, 1937.]

1 . ( 1) This Act may be cited as the “ Sale of Goods Short uuo,

(Amendment) Act, 1937.”

(2) The Sale of Goods Act, 1923, as amended by this

Act, may be cited as the “ Sale of Goods Act, 1923-1937.”

(3) This Act shall commence on a day to be fixed by

the Governor and notified by proclamation published in

the Gazette.
