Salaries and Wages Pause (Exemptions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Salaries and Wages Pause Act 1982.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Salaries and Wages Pause (Exemptions) Regulations.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the items set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the items set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.

Schedule 3

4. Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the heading to Column 3 “award/determination” and substituting “award or determination”; and

(b) by adding at the end thereof the items set out in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
