AN ACT to amend the Salaries and Allowances

Tribunal Act, 1975-1978.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal Act Amendment Act, 1979.	and
citation.
(2) In this Act the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal Act, 1975-1978 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal Act, 1975-1979.

Section 6

Subsection (1) of section 6 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c).

Subsection (1) of section 7 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "and judges of The District Court of Western Australia" in lines five and six, and inserting in lieu thereof the passage ", judges of The District Court of Western Australia, and stipendiary magistrates".

Subsection (4) of section 10 of the principal Act is amended as to paragraph (b) by deleting the words "stipendiary magistrates and", in lines five and six.
