Salaries and Allowances Amendment

Regulations 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Salaries and Allowances Amendment
Regulations 2022.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Work Health and Safety Act 2020 Part 15 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Salaries and Allowances
Regulations 1975.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the Schedule:

(a)	delete the row relating to the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984; and
(b)	after the row relating to the Western Australian Tourism Commission Act 1983 insert:
Work Health and Safety	WorkSafe Commissioner
Act 2020	Chief Inspector of Mines
Chief Inspector Petroleum Safety
