Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

3392 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 25 July 2008

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Salaries and
Allowances Regulations 1975.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

The Schedule to regulation 3 is amended by deleting the item
relating to the Western Australian Coastal Shipping
Commission Act 1965.
