Salaries and Allowances Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Salaries and Allowances Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Salaries and
Allowances Regulations 1975*.

Administrative Tribunal

3.             Regulation 3 amended

The Schedule to regulation 3 is amended as follows:

(a) Abattoirs (Perth) Passenger Trust Act 1957, Totalisator Agency Board Betting Act 1960

by deleting the items that relate to the and Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984;

(b) by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical positions —

Tribunal Act 2004	members of the State

(c) Conservation
and Land Management Act 1984, by deleting
"Conservation and Land Management" and inserting

in Column 2 of the item that relates to the " Environment and Conservation ";

(d) in Column 2 of the item that relates to the Fire Brigades Act 1942, by deleting "Executive Chairman" and "Chief Officer" and inserting instead —

“ Chief Executive Officer ";

(e) in Column 2 of the item that relates to the Main Roads Act 1930, by deleting "Assistant Commissioners of Main Roads".
