[ASSENTED TO 24TH NOVEMBER, 1938.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as " The Salaries Act of Short title. 1930 Repeal Act of 1938." 2. *" The Salaries Act of 1930 " as read and construed Repeal of with and as &mended by section three of t" The ~ ~ eG~ ~~ v. All salaries within the meaning of the repealed Exis~ ing Acts (including classifications and increments) and/or salarIes. allowances, and also all pensions or other payments deemed to be salaries within the meaning of the repealed Acts, shall continue to be payable at the rates at and in the manner in which the same were payable immediately prior to the passing of this Act until the Governor in Council or the Industrial Court, as the case may be, otherwise duly directs. * 21 Geo.
