THE SALARIES [ASSENTED TO 15TH NOVEMBER, 1923.] ACT 13 E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, i~ : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ { by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority.of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Salaries Act Short title Amendment Act of 1923," and shall be read as one with and t f *" The Salaries Act of 1922," herein called the Principal ~ ~ ~c~ ~o Ion Act. 2. In the proviso to section six of the Principal Amendment Act, after the words" Provided that" the words "save of s. 6. as is next hereinafter mentioned" are inserted, and the following provision is added to the said section :- "Notwithstanding the last foregoing provision, every member of the Police Force shall make payments towards the Police Superannuation Fund in the amounts which are payable on the salary actually received by him after any deduction from salary by this Act prescribed has been made."
