I, JOE HOCKEY, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, make this Notice under subsection 21(5) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and section 47 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007.

Commencement and Cessation
This Notice commences on 27 April 2007 and ceases to have effect after 30 June 2007.
Specified Rate
For subsection 21(5) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and section 47 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007, I specify the rate of weekly interest on the lump sum to be 5.72%.
