1. Name of Notice

This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Specified Rate per Kilometre) Notice 2005 (1).

1. Commencement

   This Notice commences on registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI).

3              Specification

For subsection 16(6) of the Act, I specify that the rate per kilometre to apply for the purposes of subsection 16(6) are those rates specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 appearing opposite the dates in column 2.
