1  Name

This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Specified Number for Redemption of Compensation) Instrument 2019.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 30(4) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule, and any other item in that Schedule has effect according to its terms.

5Specification

For the purposes of subsection 30(2) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, the specified number is 0.03.
