1  Name    

This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility—Vella Transport Administration Pty Ltd) Declaration 2019.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 100 of the Act.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

Vella Transport Administration means Vella Transport Administration Pty Ltd (ACN 123 292 991; ABN 60 123 292 991).

5  Declaration

  Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Vella Transport Administration, I declare that Vella Transport Administration is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.

Note:    Vella Transport Administration is a corporation that is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was formerly a Commonwealth authority.

6  Repeal

This instrument is repealed the day after the end of the period of 24 months beginning on the day this instrument is registered.
