1  Name    

This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility—Network Design and Construction Limited) Declaration 2021.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

Network Design and Construction means Network Design and Construction Limited (ACN 086 174 781).

5  Declaration

  Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Network Design and Construction, I declare that Network Design and Construction is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.

Note:    Network Design and Construction is a corporation that was previously a Commonwealth authority.

6  Repeal

This instrument is repealed the day after the end of the period of 24 months beginning on the day this instrument commences.
