1  Name    

This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility—Toll Transport Pty Ltd) Declaration 2022.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

Toll Transport means Toll Transport Pty Ltd (ACN 006 604 191; ABN 31 006 604 191).

5  Declaration

  Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Toll Transport, I declare that Toll Transport is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.

Note:    Toll Transport is a corporation that is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was formerly a Commonwealth authority.

6  Repeal

This instrument is repealed the day after the end of the period of 24 months beginning on the day this instrument commences.
