I, JOSEPH BENEDICT HOCKEY, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, make this Notice under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

1. Name of Notice

This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence
Eligibility) Notice 2007 (4).

1. Commencement

This Notice commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

   For section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to the employees of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Limited (ACN 123 123 124) I declare that the corporation is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.

Note   The corporation was previously a Commonwealth authority.
