I, KEVIN JAMES ANDREWS, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, make this Notice under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility) Notice 2004.

1. Commencement

This Notice commences on Gazettal.

1. Declaration

For section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to the employees of Optus Administration Pty Limited (ACN 055 136 804), I declare that the corporation is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.

Note     The corporation is carrying on a business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was previously a Commonwealth authority.
