1  Name

This is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Directions Amendment Instrument 2018.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under sections 89D and 101 of the Act.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

Directions means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Directions 2002.

5  Amendment of the Directions

This instrument amends the Directions as set out in Schedule 1 to this instrument.

After “applicant that is a Commonwealth authority” insert “, other than the Australian Capital Territory,”.
