1               Name of Notice

This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Definition of Employee – Office of Chief Magistrate of the Court of Petty Sessions of Norfolk Island) Notice 2016.

1. Commencement

   This Notice commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

2. Declaration

   For the purpose of subparagraph 5(2)(c)(ii) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), I declare that the office of Chief Magistrate of the Court of Petty Sessions of Norfolk Island is an office to which the Act applies.
