Commencement
This Notice commences on 1 July 2011.
Declaration
For the purposes of subsection 4(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act) in relation to the definition of Commonwealth authority, I declare that under paragraph (c) of that definition that NBN Co Limited (ACN 136 533 741) is a body corporate to which the Act applies.
