1  Name

This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Amendment (Criteria for Approval and Renewal of Rehabilitation Program Providers) Determination 2022.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 January 2023.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 34D of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (Criteria for Approval and Renewal of Rehabilitation Program Providers) Determination 2020

1  Subparagraph 6(4)(a)(v)

Omit “or”.

2  After subparagraph 6(4)(a)(v)

Insert new subparagraph:

“(vi) Osteopath; or”.

3  Subsection 8(2)

After “in the period” insert “of”.

4  Paragraph 8(2)(b)

After “any of the following” omit “Acts”, substitute “laws”.
