Subsection 4(1) — Definition of Commonwealth authority

Declaration by Minister of a body corporate to which this Act applies

I, ANTHONY JOHN ABBOTT, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, acting under subsection 4(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act) in relation to the definition of Commonwealth authority, hereby declare under subparagraph (c)(iii) of that definition that the Australian Strategic Policy Institute Limited (ABN 77 097 369 045) is a body corporate to which this Act applies.
