Safeguarding of Rural Plant Code of Practice Approval 2 No. 107, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Safeguarding of Rural Plant Code of Practice Approval Notice 1992 . ˙ Approval of code of practice 2. For the purposes of section 34 of the Workplace Health and Safety Act1989 , the code of practice entitled “Safeguarding of Rural Plant”, a copy of which is published in the same Industrial Gazette as this notice, is approved.
