Safe and Sure Security Pty Ltd T/A Safe & Sure Security Employee Collective Agreement 2012 - 2017.

[1] An application has been lodged for approval of the Safe and Sure Security Pty Ltd T/A Safe & Sure Security Employee Collective Agreement 2012 - 2017 (the Agreement).

[2] The employer has not provided the information required for Fair Work Australia to consider the application. Specifically the applicant employer has not provided a Form F17 Employer's Declaration in Support of Application for Approval of Enterprise Agreement which has been requested.

[3] Consequently the application has not been made in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) and cannot be approved.

[4] Accordingly, as empowered by s. 587 of the Act, I hereby dismiss this application.
