HER HONOUR:   On 6 May 2016, the applicant filed a summons seeking reinstatement of his application for special leave to appeal. The Court directed that, pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), the summons be determined on the papers.

The Court orders that:

1.The applicant’s application for special leave to appeal be reinstated.

2.The time for filing of the documents required by rule 41.10.3(c) of the Rules be extended to 4.00 pm on 30 June 2016.
