Application for approval of the Ryder Shop & Office Fitting Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2023-2027.
Ryder Shop and Office Fitting Pty. Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Ryder Shop & Office Fitting Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2023-2027 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 5 July 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 28 June 2027.
