1      Name of plan

This plan is Ryde Local Environmental Plan No 132.

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rectify a zoning anomaly that appears on the zoning map supporting the Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance (the Ordinance) relating to the land to which this plan applies by rezoning part of the land from Open Space: Recreation Existing to Residential “A” under the Ordinance.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Ryde, being Lot 16, DP 26516 and known as 42 Jones Street, Ryde, as shown coloured light scarlet on the map marked “Ryde Local Environmental Plan No 132” deposited in the office of Ryde City Council.

4      Amendment of Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance

The Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of scheme map in clause 3 (1) the following words:
