Clause 1 Ryde Local Environmental Plan No 118

Ryde Local Environmental Plan No 118

1 Name of plan

This plan is Ryde Local Environmental Plan No 118.

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rationalise two industrial zones under the Ryde

Planning Scheme Ordinance:

(a)	by rezoning all land within Zone No 4 (c2) (Industrial Special (Restricted)) to Zone No 4 (c1) (Industrial Special), and
(b)	by removing Zone No 4 (c2) from the Ordinance.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to all land in the City of Ryde zoned Industrial

Special (Restricted) under the Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance.

4 Amendment of Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance

Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

[1] Clause 3 Interpretation

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of scheme map in clause 3 (1):

[2] Clause 22 Erection or use of buildings or works

Omit the matter relating to Zone No 4 (c2) from the Table to the clause.

[3] Clause 49 Minimum size of allotments—industry

Omit “, 4 (c1) or 4 (c2)” wherever occurring in clause 49.

Insert instead “or 4 (c1)”.

Omit “, 4 (c2)” from Column I of the Table to the clause.
