1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 115, DP 1129623, Lot 182, DP 1112777 and Lot 191, DP 1157041, being 192 Balaclava Road, Macquarie Park,
(b)	Lots 1, 2, 4 and 5, DP 866341, Lot 1, DP 1068398 and Lots 100–102, DP 1106135, being Christie Road, Macquarie Park,
(c)	Lot B, DP 355071, being 209 Epping Road, Marsfield,

(d) Lots 1–27, SP 65290 and Lot CP, SP 65290, being 2–4 Nile Close, Marsfield. The maps adopted by Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
