1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the part of 144 Wicks Road, Macquarie Park, that is in Zone B7 Business Park under Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014, being part of Lot 21, DP 1101233.

4      Amendment of Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 10:

10A

Use of certain land at 144 Wicks Road, Macquarie Park

(1)

This clause applies to the part of 144 Wicks Road, Macquarie Park, that

is in Zone B7 Business Park, being part of Lot 21, DP 1101233.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a garden centre and hardware and

building supplies is permitted with development consent.
