DP 1190494.

Insert after clause 8:

8A	Use of certain land at 197–223 Herring Road, Macquarie Park
(1) This clause applies to land at 197–223 Herring Road, Macquarie Park, being Lot 100, DP 1190494. (2) Development for the purposes of one advertising structure is permitted with development consent.
