1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to following land adjoining Blenheim Park at North Ryde:

(a)	Lot C, DP 410408, 86 Blenheim Road,
(b)	Lot D, DP 410408, 12A Epping Road,
(c)	Lot E, DP 410408, 14 Epping Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
